Martinelli Advogados, one of the major law firms in Brazil, announces the arrival of Ettore Botteselli to lead the Corporate and M&A practices in São Paulo.

Lawyer with great experience in advising companies in corporate matters and merger and acquisitions transactions, Botteselli will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team with focus in national and international clients.

Ettore Botteselli has post-graduation in corporate law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas São Paulo – FGV/SP, post-graduation in Project Finance from Lisbon University, master’s degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.

Botteselli has papers published in commercial law and arbitration. Currently, he is the President of the Brazilian National Committee of UIA – Union Internationale des Avocats and member of FALP – Federação dos Advogados de Língua Portuguesa.

Throughout his career, Botteselli has worked in law firms as Cescon Barrieu, DDSA and SRS Advogados (Portugal).
