Martinelli Advogados announced the addition of André Frossard Albuquerque  and Sérgio Grama Lima to its partnership, a move that reinforces two areas increasingly critical for companies: the management of strategic disputes and tax litigation. In addition, Martinelli Advogados welcomes Herick Manardi  as a partner in its Santa Catarina office.

André Frossard Albuquerque joins the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings involving complex business relationships.
The firm’s tax practice is also strengthened with the arrival of Sérgio Grama Lima, who joins the tax litigation team.

With over 18 years of experience in tax advisory and dispute resolution, Sérgio has built his career both in law firms and within the legal departments of multinational companies. He holds degrees in Law and Accounting, is registered with the CRC/SP, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law.

Herick Manardi has more than 20 years of experience across law, accounting and corporate finance, he has led strategic initiatives involving tax planning, innovation incentives, compliance for direct and indirect taxes and administrative tax disputes, as well as projects related to the implementation of tax reform. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at global organisations such as Ernst & Young (Big Four) and Eli Lilly, where he acted as head of tax, leading teams and projects focused on tax structuring, financial efficiency and the integration of legal, accounting and finance functions.
