Walter Fritzke advises on the legal structuring of complex financial operations, with a focus on FIDCs, debentures, commercial notes, CRIs, CRAs and other securitization and structured finance instruments. He has consolidated experience supporting public and private companies, asset managers, securitization companies, financial institutions and technology platforms, connecting the capital markets to the real economy.
Walter leads legal projects that involve creating and refining funding structures, including transactions with proprietary funds, multi-assignor deals, supply chain finance (reverse factoring) transactions, and receivables advances. He works directly on public and private offerings, asset registration and regulatory compliance with the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission), the Central Bank of Brazil, ANBIMA (Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association), and the central registries, and participates in the legal modeling of financial products distributed by fintechs, banks and marketplaces.
He also engages with regulatory entities, technical forums and innovation hubs aimed at modernizing the financial system, combining an entrepreneurial perspective with technical rigor, which has helped him become recognized for modern and efficient capital markets structuring.
